Question 1

How long does a website take?

Accepted Answer

Most websites take about one to two weeks, depending on how quickly I get your photos and information.

Question 2

What do you need from me?

Accepted Answer

Your business name, logo if you have one, a list of your services, a few photos of your work, and any reviews you'd like to show.

Question 3

Can I see the website before it goes live?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You get a private preview link and nothing goes live until you're happy with it.

Question 4

Will it work on phones?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every site I build is designed to work on phones first, because that's how most customers find you.

Question 5

Can I make changes later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Small changes are easy, and Website Care covers regular updates.

Question 6

You're 12, so who do I deal with?

Accepted Answer

I build the websites, and my dad helps with the business side like quotes and payments, so you're always dealing with a grown-up for anything official.

Question 7

Do you only work with tradies?

Accepted Answer

Mostly, but I'm happy to build websites for any small local business.
